They won games at the start of the season because they were outscoring their defensive deficiencies. Now its catching up to them as their stars have cooled off.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Small consolations overshadowed by two damning realities: A) Detroit and St. Louis have goaltenders worthy of the playoffs and B) the players in front of said goalies are much, much better at *helping* them on occasion.

Hey, if they get lucky they might draw Vancouver in the first round again and end up with the only possible opponent with worse goaltending than theirs - as long as he&#039;s playing either them or the Bruins, anyway.]]></description>
