Face it, he is gone, they had a chance to re-sign him in the off season and instead took a wait and see if he is healthy approach, well he is, and he is still a great player, and rather than have faith in him and offer him a good deal when they had the chance they played it like a business, and now Zack is doing the same.

Ya NYP is trash, and it doesn’t change the fact that it’s a fact that Zack isn’t talking contract anymore and is going to be a FA.

If the Devils had faith and committed to Zack they would have had a deal done, they didn’t, and they don’t.

I believe it. It wouldn’t make sense for him to take an offer from NJ that would be well below what he could get in FA.
