I don't think he's played a shift at center in a good 4 years or so. He has been a RW for his entire time on the penguins roster. Whether it's the EA NHL game, or various fantasy hockey outlets it's annoying how he's still listed as a Center to this day and not as his RW position which he has basically played longer in a professional sense then he has at his so called natural position.

Man, they need to shuffle one of their centres out for one who can actually play a full season. I guess the obvious thought is, "How many top-end parts could we get for a potentially-done Sidney Crosby?" A second-line centre, another scoring winger, a better backup goalie... guys who can actually play at least 70 games are in fairly short supply on the Pens and they really don't seem to be enjoying that situation what with their struggle to regain the dominance they had for those back-to-back Finals apperances. They should do themselves a favour and package up Michalek as well. He and Martin are paid way too much for Letang and Orpik to be the real core of their D. With about thirteen million dollars clear, they won't have to dump any key depth guys to resign Neal and they'll be able to make the acquisitions necessary not to spend every season desperately shuffling the lines around and filling the gaping holes in their roster with callups.
