Job brought me hear 20 years ago,Seattle fans just as passionate and loyal. They definitely deserve a basketball team (they were robbed of one) and a hockey team would be icing on the cake ( no pun intended). Every since sonics left theirs a feeling of void in this town,time to right the wrong.

The notion of having the NHL in Vancouver / Seattle / Portland makes me feel admittedly “somewhat” light-headed ! This is a fantastic proposition and there’s no doubt that it would work here over the long term. The game of hockey is indigenous to our Pacific Northwest, which is a region that boasts a “long and storied” history in the game, including 2 x Stanley Cup champions (ie: Vancouver Millionaires @ 1915 and Seattle Metropolitans @ 1917). This must be done and it must be done soon !
