Flyers ruffian Tom Sestito won’t face supplementary discipline for pulling the hair of Rangers forward Brandon Prust, reports Larry Brooks of the New York Post.
The fight – Sestito’s third of the game – occurred Sunday at Madison Square Garden during New York’s 5-2 victory.
After watching the video a few times, it looks like a hair-pull to me. The question is, was the hair the principal point of contact? And did Prust put his hair in a vulnerable position? Tough to say for sure. These things are always so subjective.

Being known as a “tough guy” who pulls hairs in a fight between man might be enough punishment…..

Typical Philly tough guy…only things he didn’t try were kicking Prust with his heels or smacking him over the head with his purse.

Apparently, Prust told Sestito that his hockey pants made him look fat.

Must not have been that bad if he escaped Shanahans wrath. Hey, it could have been worse, he could have pulled a Matt Cooke and thrown an elbow.
Bunch of crybabies.
