Feb 6, 2012, 12:15 PM EDT

Rangers forward Brian Boyle is a proud native of Massachusetts, and yesterday his New England Patriots lost the Super Bowl to the New York Giants.

Man, we haven’t seen a guy look so sad since…

Love that bet. I hope this is launching a 10+ year stretch of Boston losses.

Celtics blow, Red Sox are chokers on the decline, Pats can’t win most playoff games and no titles since spygate, and for the most part, New England doesn’t care about hockey or the Bruins. It’s a baseball town first, then football.

New York has regained its claim on being superior over New England/Boston sports. Yanks 2009, NYG 2007 and 2011. (and I don’t like NY or Boston sports)

Pruster, putting your coat on the Jolly Green Giant is just great!
I am a Ranger fan, so Boyler has to get a pass because he is Boston Baked through and through, but this is funny. Prust, if the Pats had won, Boyle’s coat on you would have looked like a Maxi-Dress!
