For as little as 10 bucks, you too can eat pancakes with Dustin Penner

Looking to cash in on the “Dustin Penner hurt himself eating pancakes” story that made the rounds last month, the Kings have officially released details of Pancakes with Penner, a promotion where fans can scarf flapjacks with the L.A. winger at an IHOP in Westchester.

When I first read this, I was under the assumption that for 50 bucks, Dustin Penner becomes your breakfast slave — but it turns out you actually don’t buy seven pancake sitdowns with the big guy. You actually buy seven chances to be selected for Pancakes with Penner, which is far less exciting.
