I don’t know why someone who purports to be a hockey writer would slag on a giant who has won a Stanley Cup and is an invaluable shot blocker/penalty killer.

If we’re all willing to believe the Canucks want Travis Moen when their biggest issue in recent playoff series has been secondary and tertiary scoring, we should all be willing to believe they are (or at least should be) asking about Hal Gill in the same breath.
