Suter says he won’t sign with Preds before trade deadline

Now, we all know Suter’s more likely to sign with the Preds if Shea Weber signs, and vice-versa, but you have to wonder if both of them are waiting to see if management gets aggressive before the Feb. 27 trade deadline.

If GM David Poile wants to prove to Suter and Weber that ownership is serious about winning a Stanley Cup, actions will speak louder than words. The Predators need forwards, and they needed them yesterday.

I think both of those guys are well within their rights to wait and see what they (ownership) will do. Good for them
