With Crosby still nowhere near capable of playing, that’s not going to stop anytime soon. So, assuming Geno doesn’t take a knee injury for the millionth time in his career and rounds out this season, he’ll probably edge everyone out in total points. His hot streak’s been going since November, didn’t fade in the least when the Pens started losing games and seems to be picking up even more steam lately – who can say if/when he’ll slow down? I have to figure on it being him. He loves being relied upon to win games for the Penguins and that’s exactly what he’s doing.
