Also, Jovanovski hasn’t been too incredible this year, but his leadership skills have been great. Even with a broken hand, he can still provide that locker room charisma.

I don’t think Panthers will call McCabe. They have Keaton Ellerby ready to play, and he has been a healthy scratch for most of the year. I’d take him over an out-of-playing-shape McCabe any day.

Once Washington passes them, they’ll drop to the bubble and likely fall a little further if they don’t do anything before the deadline.

They have started to build a good team and I’m sure they’d love to see the first round of the playoffs as they build for next year as well, but it’ll be tough. Maybe they give Bryan McCabe a call to see what he’s up to right now?

Paille tried to get his shoulder up high around Jovo’s head coming in, and Jovo elbowed him right in the chest.

Jovo isn’t much of a fighter anymore, so I doubt he would scrap without him feeling cheated.
