Unfortunately this is the type of stupid move that Doug Wilson would do. He just does not like those physical type of players, which Clowe and Douglas Murray are.

I am not only for trading both Marleau or Thornton, but also for trading unproductive players such as Torrey Mitchell, and Tommy Wingels. I would love to see the team trade a goalie, but no one wants Greiss, and no team would want a goalie who has not played in an NHL game in over a year.

Unless it is Marleau or Thornton I just don’t see the Sharks doing much, because they don’t really have much to give up. No prospects, no draft picks, no depth.

Clowe better not be traded. What an idiot move that would be. Trade those wuss guys in Marleau and Thornton before anything else
