The Flyers have been forced to rack up high scores in most games just to eke out a win because the idiot behind them keeps letting goals in. When you're winning 4-3, 5-4, 6-5 and you're doing it fairly often, you've got problems. On top of that, they've been slipping a bit lately - still in great shape, and injuries definitely play into that, but even so. And then there's the looming shadow of the playoffs, where at some point they'll be faced with either the Rangers or the Bruins and have to take all their firepower head-on while trying to dish it back against either Henrik Lundqvist or Tim Thomas. The prospects of beating either team with Bryz in net are simply too low. With Bob in net, it's a battle that could go either way, but with Bryz, the Flyers can't edge out the other top contenders - they've got the firepower to do it, but the other major candidates all have much better goaltending. You can't win a Stanley Cup on shit goaltending unless you're playing in the 1980s.
