That game against Philly last week showed me something. Coming back from down 2, on the road against a Stanley Cup contender.

And so it appears the Boston-New York rivalry has begun to permeate the NHL as well. Both teams playing exceptional hockey, leading in their respective divisions and on a collision course for conference supremacy with four games in between January 21st and the end of the year.

Both very similar in style, great d and goaltending and tons of depth on o.both with blue collar mentality. You can attribute injuries to phi and pittforthe lead, but, the rangers have played most of the season with 4 of the 6 top d-men out.
