This rule applies 99% of the time to humans, just as it does to all life forms in nature … transgressions only occur when there exists little or no chance of retribution. Had people like this “piece of junk” pictured above, been up against a “real” deterrent such as a Russian or Chinese security force, then likely nothing would have happened that day and peace would have prevailed. As it was, these parasites knew that the VPD were going to be reluctant and so they ran amok with absolutely no fear. Even now this “junk” knows full well that at the end of the day, little if anything is going to “actually” happen to him.
