Watch Henrik Sedin get in the way of Joe Thornton’s pointing

Dec 29, 2011, 3:53 PM EDT

Typical Vancouver Canucks last night in San Jose. Get a load of what happened during the third period. Poor Joe Thornton is trying to point something out to the referee and, wouldn’t you know it, Henrik Sedin sticks his big head right in the way. Three times! And Canucks fans wonder why nobody likes their team. It’s petty gamesmanship like this. The only surprise is that Sedin didn’t fall to the ice as soon as he blocked Thornton’s finger with his face.

Ya well the only thing that surprises me here is that Henrik didnt snap his head back, throw his arms in the air and fall to the ice like he usually does when touched.

I seriously thought this is what the video was going to show.

THAT’S what Marchand was doing during the Finals- he was just pointing vigorously at the rafters! :D

Part of me wants to argue, but… hell, what’s the use? I accept my fate.

I also enjoy making fun of all 30 teams, so it’s not like this is out of character.

Hahahahaha. I am sure this is sarcasm, if not, it just shows how stupid Canucks and Sedins haters have become. Take the magnifying glass off this teams A-Hole and find something noteworthy to talk about.

Bahahaha. Thanks, Jason. I needed a good laugh. Guess Jumbo Joe needed to do SOMETHING to feel useful, since winning seems entirely out of the question these days.

So where is the suspension that the NHL promised to levy against the next player who engaged in that finger-jabbing behavior? That promise was made last spring during the playoffs.
Hmmm, does the NHL only suspend guys who are not on their ‘favorites’ list? What gives? Thornton did it, where’s the suspension?
Also, why no showing of the tremendous throwdown of Joe by Henrik in the play a few minutes later. Sedin dropped him like suckish twig he is. And then the Canucks won the game. Again, over and over, like a skipping record, stuck on Win Win Win, eleven times in a row vs San Jose.
But I guess that’s already been pointed out to Joe.
