Yesterday Barry Trotz was hopeful Shea Weber (concussion) could be back Friday. Today the Nashville coach said that wasn’t likely.

“Every day that they don’t skate makes them less probable that they will play the next game,” Trotz said, as reported by The Tennessean. “It’s still day-to-day with no definite timeframe. He didn’t skate today, so at this point, it’s looking doubtful for Friday.”

Looking past Friday, the Predators host Calgary Sunday. After that, they have three days off before Dallas visits Thursday.
