I agree. Love that the NBA does it, but I’d prefer to watch a couple of hockey games.

Torn.. Want to give you a thumbs down for calling the roster freeze the dumbest rule in sports. But a thumbs up for the NBA slam.. In the spirit of the season, I will respectfully disagree with your NHL take and give you a thumbs up on the NBA slam.

I dont see the problem. The league office probably shuts it down for a few days. Nobody in the office to process these things means no trades.

Is it me or is this dumbest rule in sport, well except all the rules of the nba, but that’s so dumb it shouldn’t count
