The thing with Turris is that he was only drafted four years ago and he was young and physically immature at the time. He has come along slowly (not surprising when you consider these factors) but was very productive last season (51st in ES P/60) and finished strong.

Turris is obviously not an established star but there are a handful of pretty good reasons to believe he is also not a bust. Whether he can produce in Ottawa remains to be seen but obviously in that city a player like Turris is going to attract attention, especially because that team needs his talent badly.
