The bigger fact is the talk of banning fighting from hockey. I used to think it was a good idea until my father explained that it’s best for two grown men to potentially punch it out than wield sticks as weapons and doing serious damage. From then it made sense. And of course it’s entertaining for us. Keep fighting in hockey.

Lucic is a trained boxer. It’s not a big deal if he takes on a goon. But losing him for 5 minutes when Ottawa just loses a goon is not too smart.

Dunno about a spirited draw, honestly looked like Lucic scored more, Carpenter picked it up at the end but Lucic clearly had him early on.
