People are getting on leino way too much, he on a new team, and he started at center when he doesn't play center often, when he was on the line with boyes and stafford they were creating great opportunities (yes they would of been better if they capitalized on them, but that'll come), he was playing decent, lately he has been playing a lot better, have some patience, the whole team not playing good at all, and chemistry is huge in the NHL, and ruff has been juggling the lines like every game, we will find our groove and leino will continue to produce when he gets even more comfortable, patience people haha

Wow my man villy sucks. What an epic fail of a contract. Did the flyers get compensated for losing, even as a flyers fan I think that would be in fair lol.

This is another reason why we do not give nobodies who have 1 good playoff run 6 year deals at good money.

I'm probably nitpicking but five points over seven games would be fantastic for the Sabres if Leino could keep it up (and stay in the lineup). That's about 58 points over 82 games, which would have been good for 53rd in league scoring.

Sadly for a UFA signing that's not too shabby for $4.5m/year.
