I’ve been saying this since the day he was traded, he won’t do well in Columbus. He needs a legitimate playmaker because all he does is shoot the puck. He won’t go into the corners. He won’t throw around his body. He won’t crash the net. CBJ got fooled by the numbers. But if you watch his game you know his numbers are as shallow as the Schuylkill River in the middle of July.

I think people figured you were nuttier for trading Richards, who actually gives a flying fuck about hockey. Carter was a bit of a shock based on his goals, but no-one’s ever confused him for a gritty, all-heart leader.

Carter was traded because he was a party animal who didn’t work at his craft after signing a huge contract. He wants to be a center because he gets to skate on open ice but can’t make a play or win a face off. Maybe his chronic foot issues has Carter tip toeing into corners. He does have a great hair dresser a beautiful dyed blond hair.

Nonchalant is a perfect word to describe carter. One might also use words like no heart, selfish, and sucks. All he does is skate up the wing take a crazy wrist shots ..misses the net and boom fast break the other way….at least twice a game….thanks again Columbus !!! : )
