Wow 5 of those guys were on the Flyers last year. Carcillo, Carle, Carter, Coburn, and Richards. Didnt realize they were all part of the 2003 draft. Even though I wouldn’t really consider Carbomb as a positive.. Guy was/is a penalty taking machine.

Zherdev was taken at four, and calling him a bust isn’t really fair. He’s certainly not a bust like Filatov…he’s just a jagoff. Talentwise he was a hit. It’s just that he’s unlikeable.

I think Vanek was an oversight because the first-round players listed were only those who played in a Cup Finals.

yeah, how do u not mention Vanek? goals: vanek, 216…perry, 179….getzlaf, 132. points: vanek, 413….perry, 391….getzlaf, 435. I would say he deserves mentioning.
