(Nah, actually things seem to be improving overall in Columbus, this sideshow aside. Not GOOD by any means, and that October nightmare has doomed any chance of relevance down the stretch, but maybe they’re not as bad as they appeared back then after all?)

If he’s a season ticket holder, he’s weeping that his tickets have less value than Lehman Brothers stock certificates. I only have a partial and I can’t give them away. Honestly, you offer the tickets for free and people say “No, thanks.” and look at you like you tried to spit on them. The damn things are practically radioactive.

This guy is delusional. Agents should be neither seen nor heard. Columbus has made many personnel mistakes, but benching Derick Brassard isn’t one of them.

Is it just me or does this guy have an unusually high proportion of clients that need their agent to fight their battles for them?

Then again his ridiculing of non-client Carey Price suggests he probably just loves the attention.

Exhibit A, your honor, that Allan Walsh is either a pathological liar or doesn’t know a damn thing about hockey. NO ONE has a great deal of respect for the Columbus management team because a) they have not earned ANY and b) their decisions on and off the ice point to a group of men who are either completely incompetent and/or continuously drunk. Mr. Walsh I have no doubt your client could be successful in Pittsburgh, Boston, or Detroit because of the talent that would surround him. But, honestly, while the kid is likable enough, he really isn’t that good. And on a god-awful team like the Jackets, it’s painfully obvious that there are a large number of shortcomings in his game. I can respect your desire to get him out of Columbus. Everyone who has suffered through a Jackets game this year wants out of Columbus.
