It was too early to bury them at 3-7 and it’s likewise too early to annoint them division winners or anything else now. However, they have come to together pretty well and even the most critical of fans would have to admit they look good! Eighty percent of the season left to go.

Great test for them tomorrow on national TV against the Kings of Hockey Town. Good stuff!

Agreed, impressive victory for the Bruins. I hope every Sabres / Bruins matchup is this exciting this year.

Boston is playing some great hockey right now, and the Bergeron/Marchand/Seguin line is absolutely filthy. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s matchup against the ‘Wings, it will be the toughest one yet for the B’s.

This might have been the most impressive of the ten- a very angry team, fired up for the game, playing very good hockey and scoring the first two goals on their way to make a statement. And the B’s STILL managed to eke out a victory (the Sabres played a hell of a game though!)

I’ll be very interested in seeing how Detroit comes out to deal with these guys- the Wings have a legitimate ability to just go out and outscore Boston, should make for a great game.
