The thing is, the last 10 games for the Caps aren&#039;t a big deal really. All teams have slumps. The problems for the Caps are much deeper then a bad 10 game stretch... its that they don&#039;t have a coach/system the players respond to at the right times. The Caps are getting by, like usual, with raw talent... but they need more then that to get over the hump. If McPhee is too close to Boudreau to see the problem, then perhaps he himself is part of the problem.]]></description>
