		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve said it before and I&#039;ll say it again... Bruce Boudreau needs to go. 

Look at all the issues the Caps have. Its not just Ovechkin. Its not just Semin. Its not just the offense. Its not just the defense. Its the fact that the Caps as a whole are playing awful. They are clearly not respoding to the coach anymore, or his system is not working with the group he has. Either way, change is needed. 

The question is, is there anything that can actually get Bruce Boudreau fired? The Caps have failed early in the playoffs several times over the last few years when they should have gone deep. They cratered in the middle of last season, which was documented great on HBO. Sure they picked themselves up and ended up with a first place finish in the east.... only to lose a very un-inspired 4-1 decision to Tampa. The team has been so up and down over the last 5 years, yet Boudreau&#039;s job seems as secure as ever. 

With that said, perhaps another 7-1 blowout in front of the home crowd would be enough to shake things up... and that would probably be the best thing that ever happened to the Capitals.]]></description>
