The Devils are going to wish by the end of the year that they never hired DeBoer. Us Panther fans in Florida don’t have amazing standards, and he still wasn’t even good enough to be our coach. He just seemed aloof behind the bench, had no charisma or apparent gameplan going into games. Above all, his players didn’t like playing for him. I hope he gets his ass handed to him tonight.

Sounds like DeBoer is a veteran’s coach, not so good for rookies. It astounds me teams do not seem to consider this much of the time when they are looking for a coach. Just because a coach can be successful in some situations does not mean he will succeed in all.
