		<description><![CDATA[The problem wasn&#039;t that he was partying, and I think the other Flyers fans who are focusing on that are a little misguided.  Nobody other than those on the team knows for sure, but it seems that the bigger issue was that Richards and Carter were supposed to be leaders on the team but instead were doing their own thing and basically causing a rift in the locker room.  

On the ice I liked them both--particularly Richards--and off the ice I don&#039;t know what was going on, so I&#039;m not going to trash either like so many people are quick to do.  That said, the Flyers are looking pretty good without them so I&#039;ll just put my faith in management knowing what they&#039;re doing.]]></description>

I really don&#039;t care what a player does off the ice...a right handed shot in his mid 20s with 35-45 goal potential and a strong defensive presence?  Yes please.]]></description>
