Still though, if he just put it in the net with a soft wrist shot instead of going for the tap in backhand we wouldn’t be talking about it right now.

The most embarassing part was that the goal judge thought it went in to, so the red light and theatrics of a goal were let loose. No one in the history of hockey ever top shelved a puck out of play from that close!
