Please stop posting if you dont know anything about Semins game. He is actually a pretty good 2-way player. People parrot nonsense that they hear without any actual facts.

Lately, refs are, imo, unfairly picking on him..calling every pseudo/maybe penalty on him.

I’d like to keep him for now, thanks.

Incredibly one-dimensional player- no defense, no drive, just happy to be getting a paycheck- and invisible when things really matter. He reminds me of Pavel Bure in a lot of ways- his skill is similar(ish), but so is his attitude towards effort in both ends.

When are people going to realize Semin isn’t as good as he’s paid. Or at least he doesn’t play as well as he’s paid…hasn’t for some time, especially not the playoffs.
