This is a tough one, it is like the comparing Crosby and Ovechkin(sp?) or all the way back to Gretz and Lemieux, both players are progressing well. This year seems to have reversed fortunes for the players, in 2010 Seguin had so much around him he was not forced to produce, while this season Seguin seems to be Bostons only weapon and the go to guy so his numbers are somewhat inflated or more reflective of his talent.

Likewise, Hall seemed to have more pressure last season to be the #1 that they drafted and take the reigns of the team. Jordan Eberle was producing last year, but quietly. THis season with such a chemistry between Hall, RNH and Ebs the trio is tossing the puck around and all three young guns are producing points night in and night out for the Oilers.

As a diehard Edmonton fan living in Boston it is great for me to have this rivalry of top talents that have that great 2010 debate link. I am happy to have Hall and think they made the right choice, but I do respect Seguins talent and I am happy he has developed this season.

Tonight my brother(a Bruin diehard) will finally be able to once again have a good time in the bar with the rivals both putting out some good skaters.
