One concussion and we haven't even seen him back on the ice yet. Let's not pronounce him dead until the body's cold, at least. A lot of people have been out for a long time and come back with no major dropoff in play. There's no reason to conclude he's done for at all until, you know, you actually see him play a little. It's only a pattern after it happens multiple times, you know? Spare the postmortem for a while.

So... when asked about his return (again) by a reporter, he should just say "no comment"? And then what, be accused of being non-cooperative? It's a Catch-22 for the kid.

Does it really matter? He is Lindros part 2. Sadly, his career will never be what it could of been. There will always be someone out to take him out (rightly so), and sooner or later someone will get him. You can call it goonish or whatever else you want. But in a contact sport, when someone has a weakness (especially someone as good as Crosby), you attack it. Any time he puts his head down, someone is going to be looking to lay him out. If he is lucky, he will get 5 more years in the league. If he is smart, he won't take more than 1 or 2 more before he calls it a career. Not worth being a babbling vegetable the rest of your life

Oh Sid, stop being such a puck tease and just silently shown up one night ready to play hockey.
Speaking as a fan, I can not wait. Just, please, no more public comments until, you're ready.
