In all seriousness, though, they need to dump Connolly and get someone who isn’t the Rick DiPietro of centremen to do his job. Grabovski would be a decent holdover in the meantime, I imagine, although that would yield a top line where the only guy who passes is Kessel – who I imagine they’d prefer keep shooting his net-seeking missiles instead. Who’s up for free agency next year?
