What this really emphasizes, though, is how desperate Colorado is for another top six winger since Peter Mueller appears to be having concussion issues once again. Chuck Kobasew and Joakim Lindstrom are simply not long term solutions.

When he is your best player, its easy for the defense to focus on shutting him down.

I admittedly don’t follow Avs hockey but demoting him to the 4th line seems pretty knee jerk and petty…unless he is out of shape or something.
