Man, there’s a guy a lot of teams would headhunt. He’s scoring in the high twenties and offering respectable physical presence in CALGARY – a team with no real centres and to which players go to let their numbers die. It’s the statistical equivalent of an elephant graveyard and he still does reasonably well there. He’ll be a great asset for SOMEONE, just… not a team that pretty much makes people worse when they play there.

Just six players past next season? Nuts, I was hoping Calgary was screwed for longer than that… Well maybe they’ll make a run at the playoffs, pick up more toxic contracts and then finish 9th.
