It’s hard to say anyone is playing better, but it’s early in the season. Luckily, the kid’s got a good head on his shoulders and is probably now giving all the credit to his teammates. The game looked like a playoff game, and it’s only October.

Eh. Let’s not start asking who the best is until the end of the season. The Vezina’s not awarded for a while yet. Remember how badly Luongo sucks in October before he goes on to rival Thomas and Rinne for GAA and save percentage. If Luongo can go from crap-awful to top-calibre like that, Quick can easily cool too. He’s definitely gotten interesting, though, as have the Kings in general. Worth paying close attention to.
