I always thought one of the Flyers biggest failings with Lindros, was the lack of a vet to take him under his wing. Now you have a player like Danny Brier living with Claude Giroux and Sean Coutorier, a good steady influence off the ice and on. Back then the Flyers didn’t do that for Lindros and it really hurt him.

If ever there was an exceptionally talented player who only wanted to be ‘one of the guys’ on a team and not the ‘Next One’ or the team captain, Eric is the poster boy.

Would like to see the Legion of Doom reunited one more time.
