one of the problems is his unbelievable raw talent. if you watch the 05 series Buffalo against Ottawa it may be a top ten all time playoff series by a player. he pretty much won that series independently, that was however 4 concussions, and countless day to day injuries ago.

it got so bad here in Buffalo they seriously said he had an exoskeleton injury to make it sound different. the local radio hosts played a game where you would guess which was more likely some crazy rare event or a connoly injury, talented player but not very reliable.
