Watch Clutterbuck on a nightly basis and then tell me he’s a borderline dirty player… He is in no way and for a player his size doing what he does, it is DAMN impressive. Nystrom has barely put up any points in his short period with the Wild, a team that is trying to get younger, so THAT’S WHY HE IS GETTING SENT DOWN / CUT. get a clue

No he was not cut because of the play. He was cut because he was outplayed by others. It’s just a string bad fortune.

I hope that Nystrom wasn’t cut because of the hit because Minnesota keeps Cal Clutterbuck on its roster. Cal makes questionable hits all the time and gets away with them MOST of the time. And he isn’t the player Eric is. Would love to see Eric in a NYI uni, but doubt it will happen.
