I feel like if an NHL organization is at they point where they can’t find a way to distribute an extra $400,000 among its 25 players, it’s time to close up shop.

There’s a better chance of me growing antlers than the Stars doing that. Besides, the NHLPA would file a grievance for doing that.

My guess is the Stars do nothing. If it’s just $400K, all they have to do is split the difference from the floor to all the rest of the players on the main roster. So, every player on the Stars should expect about an $18,000 dollar bonus.
