Screwed by little old WIINIPEG, too bad the li’l frog is such a poor loser! Geez True North built an arena ( MTS CENTER), launched an AHL team (The MOOSE) and worked with Bettman : end result THE WINNIPEG JETS ! Why didn’t AuBUTT’S millionaire buds step forward sooner, Oh I forgot, make the taxpayer PAY! And pay they will, right through the nose! Problem is these scams take TIME. GO JETS GO

I would love to see a regional rivalry with the Caps in either the Hampton Roads area or Baltimore , but the problem with that is the Hampton Coliseum is to small and Baltimore has already lost 3 AHL teams.

I’m not sure I backbiting another Canadian city is the best way to go. There are enough teams in trouble, so it’s not like the Thrashers were their one shot.
