The cops have nothing to take to a jury because he gave them no evidence. You media types are the ones blowing this out of proportion. People get busted for BWI and DWI all the time and refuse to blow. It is a right of the accused. You should respect that and let law enforcement and the legal system do their jobs without making a circus out of it. If something does come of it, THEN you can report it.
