He will be a solid 2nd line player in the NHL for a long time. Not as much upside as some of the other guys from the Dogs (Huberdeau, Jurco, Despres, Beaulieu, Phillips) but definitely a solid NHL player capable of putting up points. Also he has adjusted his game to be able to play in the corners more and be better in the “North American” style of hockey.
I’ll gladly hang my #97 Jersey on the wall, and can’t wait to see this guy put up some solid seasons as a pro.
