Semin is a player that, from the Caps perspective at least, is worth attempting to clear cap space to keep through trades or releases or whatever. and thats what theyll do when the time comes

i would assume the hawks will keep sharp and i hope the leafs keep grabo. other than those 2 this is a pretty weak list
