A 9 year contract for a 31 year old is ridiculous and is exactly what Calgary doesn’t need! Feaster just bought the team a little cap space last week, why waste it all this week on one player?

As far as the Rangers go, who does Glenn Sather have photos of? Every year it seems they’re giving out a big contract to the marquee free agent and there has yet to be any results from this revolving door situation. It’s not that Richards is a bad player, he’s a very good player but so were Drury, Redden, Gomez etc…
