haha nothing u just said makes any sense. firstly my personal life has nothing to do with sports talk so you need to shut ur mouth bout that. with ur ramblings above u just proved ur nothing but a hater. i bet it makes you feel good that ur teams beat us here an there, its all good. BUT it must make u soooo mad thinkin bout all the championships our teams have won compared to urs. wow ur flyers had the upper hand last year but think bout this hotshot: no crosby or malkin the whole 2nd half of the season and even more injuries than that but we still finished with the same amount of points at the end of the season as ur clowns. the flyers are a joke trading away their best 2 centers and getting captain jagr, goodluck with it! oh and to mention im a bandwagon fan is hilarious…u dont know me, how many years ive followed MY sports teams or how many girls ive slept with so once again shut ur fn mouth. last time replying to this post, wen any of ur teams wen a championship we’ll talk again but i doubt it will happen in our lifetime

Jagr is HOT at 39 y/o and can still probably skate circles around those young guys! Even though I’m a Ranger fan, I’ll at least watch him – hell, I might even fly up to Philly to check him out LIVE!!! I’ll bet it was a woman who made the decision to sign him so he can bring in more women to watch the games – BRILLIANT marketing!!! ugh. Pirates last world series was 30+ years ago, they are probably one of the worst run franchises in all of sports. You cannot gloat about multiple championships if they happened before color tv was prominent. It’s like yankee fans screaming about 27 world championships when they’ve been alive for about 5 of them.

But seriously, I was iffy on this signing when it first happened. But after seeing Leino go to Buffalo and getting very overpaid, this signing is fantastic. He was still a PPG player in Russia and at the very least should be able to match Leino’s production at over a million bucks cheaper. Good signing by Holmgren.
