		<description><![CDATA[This move has some red flags as noted here with a noticeable decrease in shut-down ability from Regehr, but the bottom line is right for Buffalo. He&#039;s 3 years into a 5 year $20 million contract with Calgary, and the $4 million per year average is right in line with the Sabres&#039; general signings. 

He also fits an immediate need in a 1st line defenseman to go along with Tyler Myers, who should be next in the Sabres&#039; long term signing lineup. If this deal gets done, it willl leave Buffalo only a few offensive pieces away from being serious contenders in the East.
