I'm not completely wrote on the Sharks, however with Heatley and the big guns they have, can they afford to sign Burns to an extension? He is going to get at least 5 mil per year. I think this was a great trade for both as well. As a Wild fan, I hope Setoguchi turns out to be worth the 3 million a year player he is getting paid. I know we are not close to winning a Cup but adding Setoguchi, Coyle who was last year's 1st round pick for the Sharks, and another 1st round pick this year was too much to pass up. We have two awesome players coming from last years draft in Granlund and Zucker. The future looks bright for us.

Sharks needed D in a huge way and this helps out alot.. Seto did a real good job while he was here, but he can be replaced. He's talented but alot of guys had their sights on Patty, Pavs, Heater & Thornton and Seto benifited from that..the 2011 first rounder was so late it was practically a 2nd round pick anyway.. Coyle could turn out to be a real stud in the future, but the Sharks real window wont be open for long and they needed to do something big. plus i think the do resign Burns or else they wouldnt have made the deal. imo

Sharks gave up a little too much. Seto, coyle(2010 first rounder) and their 2011 first rounder is a hefty price to say the least. Hopefully burns really solidifies our d line
