Honestly, the wording only helps a little. As we discovered post-lockout, the rules are pretty good if the referees have the guts to consistently apply them. 

Heck if the refs could actually control the cheap crap to begin with, we don&#039;t reach this point where vicious hits are out of control.]]></description>
